“I’m gonna take this right foot, and I’m gonna whop you on that side of your face. And you wanna know something? There’s not a damn thing you’re gonna be able to do about it.” –Billy Jack

Billy Jack was a martial arts sensation– from the same soft-spoken school of wisdom, justice & chill as Kwai Chang Caine of Kung Fu. He could lay a smack-down on bullies, bikers and bosses faster than you can say– “cool hat.”
Yup. I wanted me that hat, somethin’ bad. I wasn’t a-feared to earns it, neither.

How about some love for our man– Kwai Chang Kaine.

“For seared into his flesh are the signs that must inevitably identify him before the world; on his left forearm, the sign of the Tiger; on his right, the sign of the Dragon. The Marks of Caine.”

Have not thought about Billy Jack in a long time. I think his memory is way cooler than the movies. They were kind of terrible. Cool hat!!!
Kung Fu was and still is one my all time favorites. I don’t think David Caradine could kick his way out of a wet paper bag though. Pretty sure Billy Jack could a whipped him.
I think anything more than a youtube snippet of Billy Jack might ruin it.
Great choice of quote, absolutely the best line in the movie. Saw this movie when I was young, it’s amazing how innocent it is in some scenes and how violent it is in others. Of course the over-arching message is pretty cool, too. Good call!
